Zoho CRM Pricing in India: Every Edition in Rupees

Zoho CRM pricing in India on 31 October 2026: Rs 800 to Rs 2,600 per user a month billed yearly, the monthly rates, the free plan's limits and team totals.

Renaissance-style study of an open library with globes and folios, a red bookmark in the open volume

Zoho CRM pricing in India carries an annual discount that is not the same across editions: billing yearly takes 38.5% off Standard’s monthly rupee price but only 18.75% off Ultimate’s, by my arithmetic on Zoho’s own India prices on 31 October 2026. So yearly billing pays back fastest, as a share of the price, on the cheapest edition, and on Enterprise and Ultimate the monthly plan costs a smaller share extra (25% and 23% over the annual rate, against 62.5% on Standard) for not paying a year up front.

EditionBilled monthly (per user per month)Billed annually (per user per month)Annual saving
Free₹0, up to 3 users₹0, up to 3 users-
Standard₹1,300₹80038.5%
Professional₹2,100₹1,40033.3%
Enterprise₹3,000₹2,40020%
Ultimate₹3,200₹2,60018.75%

Prices exclude GST. The saving column is my arithmetic: (monthly price minus annual price) divided by the monthly price.

Zoho’s pricing page leads with one figure for all of this, a “save up to 34%” banner. As a product marketer I read a pricing page for what it chooses to show, and that banner averages away the per-edition differences that should decide your billing. My advice is to choose the edition first and then choose billing edition by edition: pay annually on Standard or Professional once you know the edition fits, and stay monthly on Enterprise or Ultimate until a few months of use prove it.

Zoho’s feature comparison page printed these rupee prices in its HTML on 31 October 2026, under the heading “Pricing (local taxes will be charged in addition to the prices mentioned.)”, when I fetched it logged out from an Indian connection. Zoho’s pricing page fills its price cards from a file its pricing script requests, crm-pricing-val.json; the INR column of that file carries the same eight numbers, and a rendered load of the pricing page that day opened on the Annually view showing ₹800, ₹1,400, ₹2,400 and ₹2,600. I did not sign in, start a trial or reach a checkout. Zoho can change these prices at any time, so check the page on the day you buy.

Bar chart of Zoho CRM's annual saving by edition in India on 31 October 2026: Standard 38.5 percent, Professional 33.3 percent, Enterprise 20 percent, Ultimate 18.75 percent, against the pricing page's up to 34 percent banner

Is Zoho CRM Free?

Yes, for up to three users: Zoho’s pricing page describes the Free Edition as “Free forever for 3 users”, and its free CRM page adds “No trial period, no forced upgrade” and “No credit card required for sign up”. The limits sit in the first column of Zoho’s feature comparison, set here beside Standard so you can see what ₹800 a user buys.

The two limits I would check first:

  • 5,000 records covers every module together: leads, contacts, accounts and deals all draw on the same allowance. If your lead spreadsheet already has close to 5,000 rows, the free edition is full on the day you import it.
  • No mass email means the free edition cannot send one email to a list of leads from inside the CRM. Standard allows 250 a day per organisation, and Zoho’s note on that row says the limit covers sales activity, with Zoho Campaigns meant for campaigns.

If you are comparing free CRMs, HubSpot’s free tier is the other usual starting point; I covered it in my list of free AI tools for marketing.

Zoho CRM Pricing by Edition: What Each Tier Adds

Each paid edition carries a one-line label on the pricing page. The right-hand column lists rows of the feature comparison where the edition is the first to get the feature or a higher limit, so you can see what each step up buys: ₹600 more per user per month from Standard to Professional, ₹1,000 more to Enterprise and ₹200 more to Ultimate, on annual billing.

EditionLabel on the pricing pageBilled annually, per user per monthData storage, 1-200 usersMass email a day, per orgFirst edition in the comparison with

EnterpriseDeep customizability₹2,40010GB (about 5 million records)1,000Sandboxes, territory management (150 territories)
UltimateBespoke solutions₹2,60010GB (about 5 million records)2,0005GB plus 1GB per user of file storage, 7 configuration sandboxes, 250 territories

The gap between the top two editions is small: Ultimate costs ₹200 more per user per month than Enterprise on both annual billing (₹2,600 against ₹2,400) and monthly billing (₹3,200 against ₹3,000).

Zoho also prices storage add-ons in rupees on the same page: ₹275 a month for 5GB of extra file storage on every paid edition, and ₹240 per 100MB a month of extra data storage from Professional up, for organisations of 1-200 users.

The “Save Up to 34%” Banner Matches the Dollar Prices, Not the Rupee Ones

The banner on Zoho’s pricing page reads “save up to 34%”. The same price file holds the dollar prices, and the largest saving in dollars is Professional’s 34.3%, which matches the banner. Zoho does not say how it worked out the figure or which currency it is based on. In rupees, no edition saves 34%: Standard saves more and every other edition saves less.

Standard$20 / $1430%38.5%

Ultimate$65 / $5220%18.75%

The rupee prices do not follow the dollar prices. Standard’s annual price is ₹800 in rupees and $14 in dollars, and its monthly price is ₹1,300 against $20, so an Indian buyer cannot work out rupee prices or the rupee discount from the dollar prices.

Monthly or Annual: Count the Months

One number settles the billing choice for each edition: how many monthly payments the annual bill equals. If you expect to keep the edition, and roughly the same number of users, for longer than that, annual is cheaper.

EditionAnnual bill per user (12 x annual price)Equals this many months at the monthly price
Standard₹9,6007.4 months of ₹1,300
Professional₹16,8008 months of ₹2,100
Enterprise₹28,8009.6 months of ₹3,000
Ultimate₹31,2009.75 months of ₹3,200

Enterprise and Ultimate need close to ten months to break even, so a team still testing the fit pays ₹1,800 extra per user by staying monthly for the first quarter, and can stop after any month without having paid for a year up front. Zoho’s FAQ says “You are not bound by any contracts or commitments” and calls Zoho CRM “a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly)”, so you can start monthly and change the plan later, which the FAQ says you can do “whenever you need to”.

Payment also differs by billing period. Zoho’s FAQ says: “We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions.” UPI does not appear on the pricing page, so for monthly billing the methods Zoho lists are a card or PayPal; if you need UPI, ask sales@zohocorp.com before you sign up.

Worked Team Totals in Rupees

Zoho charges per user, the per-seat model in my breakdown of SaaS pricing models, so the bill moves with headcount rather than with usage. These totals use the 31 October 2026 prices, before GST.

  • The 4-user row is where the free edition stops: three people pay nothing, and a fourth puts the whole team on per-user prices.
  • A 10-person team on Professional saves ₹84,000 a year by billing annually, which is ₹8,400 per user.
  • If you take a CRM budget to a founder or finance lead, put the annual total beside the per-user monthly price, the same advice I give in my guide to B2B SaaS pricing psychology: finance converts the monthly figure to a yearly one anyway.

Does Zoho CRM Pricing Include GST?

No: Zoho’s pricing page says “Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) will be charged in addition to the prices mentioned.” The feature comparison repeats the point in its own pricing row, so every rupee figure in this post is a pre-tax figure.

Zoho’s pages print no GST rate. For a budget you can defend, ask Zoho for a written quote that shows the tax line, through the sales@zohocorp.com address its pricing page lists, and add that line to the annual totals above. If your company is GST-registered, give your finance team the quote before you buy so they can check how the tax will be invoiced.

Which Zoho CRM Edition Fits Your Team?

Match the edition to the team you have this quarter, then apply the billing rule from the months table.

You areEditionBillingWhy
A solo founder with under 100 active dealsMaybe no CRM yet-My rule in the marketing tools you actually need is that a spreadsheet still works below about 100 active deals
A founder or team of up to 3, under 5,000 recordsFree-Free forever for 3 users; upgrade when you need mass email or a fourth user
A sales team of 4-10 sending follow-ups and cadencesStandardAnnual, 38.5% offMass email (250 a day), Cadences (20 per module), 5 pipelines, 100,000 records
A team that needs Blueprint process automation, quotes or Zia’s assistant and agentsProfessionalAnnual, 33.3% offBlueprint, quotes and invoices, Zia Agents, 10GB of data storage
A sales org with territories or a change process that needs a sandboxEnterpriseMonthly first, then annualSandboxes and territory management; annual saves 20% and breaks even at 9.6 months
A large, custom deploymentUltimateMonthly first, then annual₹200 a user more than Enterprise for higher limits

If the reason you want Professional is automation, clean the CRM data first; my marketing automation implementation guide puts CRM hygiene before any workflow, because automation amplifies whatever data and process you already have.

Two Zoho products sit next to Zoho CRM and are priced separately:

  • Bigin is a separate Zoho product, which the CRM pricing page links under the line “Simple CRM for small businesses moving from spreadsheets to manage their sales pipeline.” Its prices are on Bigin’s pricing page.
  • Zoho CRM Plus is a bundle that the CRM pricing page describes as “Sales, marketing, service in one unified package”, with its own CRM Plus pricing page.

Zoho CRM Pricing: Pick the Edition, Then the Billing

Zoho CRM pricing in India does not reward annual billing evenly, so the edition decides the billing. Pick the edition from the limits your team will hit first, records, users or mass email, and then decide monthly or annual from the months table for that edition alone. Before you pay, take one thing to your finance lead: a Zoho quote with the GST line on it.
